This is the last Will of me thaforesaid Alice Cooke made and by me declared the day and yere abovesaid and the xiiij yere of the regyn of kyng henry the viith [1498]

First I will anone after my decease that Water at Nasshe my feoffe of my lands shall sell ii peces of land lying appoy the Dey of gomersafzen? in the best p�rc [price] he can or may And the money thereof to be preyned?

I will to be delivered to my Executors to have thyme [to pay] my detts and to performe my last will and testament

And theyme I ordeyne thereof unto the church of Betresdeyn [Bethersden] xl

Item I will that my said feoffe shall sell ii peces of my land called the po....shynge felyde and the money thereof to be prayned ?

I will it be delivered to my executors And they I will thathe deliver the said money to the children of Johan Brmbery and Thomasyn Brambery to be distribted amonge them by shaynd portions
