In the name of God Amen The 21st day of January in the First yere of the Rayne of Kyng Henry the 8th [1509]
I Julyan Cok of the p�isshe of Saint Margaret of Canterbury weddoe beyng of hole mynde and of good memory thankes be Jhu [Jesus] ordeyn and make this my p�sent testament conteynyng my last will in maner and fourme folowyng
First I bequeth my Soule to almightey god to or lady and to all saints of heven my body to be buryed in the churchyarde of Saint Peter next to the sepulture [sepulchre] of my sonne where he restyth

I bequithe to the Hyght Auter of the sad p�isshe of Saint Margarette for my tythes and obla�cons forgoten or neglegently Withholden xxd
And I will that my executors shall cause to be paid the day of my forth fare in the foresayd churche of Saint Margaret half a trentall of trentall masses * and as many trentall masses at my monthes mnd and a hole trentall of trentall massesat my 12 monthes mynde
* A Roman Catholic mass for the dead on the thirtieth day after death or burial.

I bequeth to my norse that is with me my worst [worsted?] kerthell and my second petycote and bed that this on the flore
And I bequethe to Margarett Foresole my goddaughter my kerlett [coverlet?] of grene which lyeth upon me and a peyre newe shts

The Residue of all my godes mveable and unmoveable whatsoever they be over and above my legacies first paid and don. hole I give and bequethe [to] Robard Sturdy and John Cotely which Robard and John I ordeyne make and constitute myne executors of this my p�sent testament conteynyng my last Will that they shall dyspose them for the helth of my soule my husbands soule and all xpian soules [christian] as tey seme best to the plesure of god and I bequet to ether of my foresaid executors for there labours vjs viijd
