In dei noie Amen The vjth day of September in the yere of our Lorde god [1513].
I Robert Cooke of the pishe of the Holy Crosse of the Cite of Cant�bury [City of Canterbury] the elder make and ordeyne thys my p�sent testament in this wise
First I bequeith my soule to almyghty god to our Lady and to all the Seynts of heven And my body to be buried in the churchyard of the pishe church of the Holy Crosse aforeseid

Item I bequeithe to the high auter of the same churche for my tithes and offerings forgotten or by me necligently witholden xijd
Item to the crosse light wtin [within] the same churche iiijd

Item the Residue tents? [tenements?] of all my goods before not bequeithed my detts and bequeths paied & fulfilled I give and bequeith to Johane my wif the which Johane I make and ordeyne myn executrise of this my p�sent testament

These witnesse Valantyne Blackisland - Thomas Harlesey ? and others
