remembrance ordeyne and make this my present Testament and last Will yn mannr and form following
First I bequeath my soule to allmyghty god and blessed lady and to all the holy company of heven
My body to be buryed within the churche yard of Wye in the North side of the said churcheyards
Item I bequeath to the high aulter there for my tithes and oblations negligantly witheld iis iiid
Item I bequeath o the Saynt Ch�.? light iiid
Item I bequeath to our Lady light and to the crosse light to every of them half a quart barley
Item I bequeath to Johane my daughter a young haffer of ii yeres and xls of money to be paid to her marriage
Item I bequeath to Robert Maynard? my kine a quart of barley according to his ...
Item I bequeath to Nicholas Steade my child half a quart of barley
Item I bequeath to the church of Broke [Brook] half a quart of whete
The residue of all my movable goods not bequeathed first my debts and bequests next and paid I holy give and bequeath to Julianne my Wif
My broder Simon Cooke to be executor and I give him for his labours and his coste and expenses vis viiid to p�frme and ordre this my present testament and last will for the welth of my soule and all xpian [christian] soules as it shall seeme them most best and convenient

This is the last will and testament above written of me the foresaid Stephen Coke uppon a Feoffment made and declared to Symon Coke my broder and John Bolden the youngar
First I will imediatly after my decease my foresaid feoffs shall suffer Juliane my wife to take and receive the p�fitts of all my lands and tents. [tenements] lying and beyng within the foresaid parishe of Wye during all the terme of her life and aft. the decease of the same Juliane I will all of my foresaid lands and tents. remayne to Johanne my daughter to her and to her heires for ever
And if it happen the same Johane to dye without heires of her bodye lawfully begoten then I will my foresaid lands and tents. be sold by
my foresaid feoffes to the best price they may And the money to be received by my foresaid feoffes and to be bestowed under this
condicon that is to say to an honest p�ste to syng in the churche of Wy for my soule and all xpain soules the space of halfe a yere
and the said preste then to have for his labors v marke
And also I will to the churche of Wy xs of the same sale of my foresaid lands and tents.
The residue of the said money of the same sale to be bestowe after the disposicon of my foresaid Feoffes
And further I will that Juliane my Wife immediately after my decease fynde an honest preste to syng in the churche of Wy for the wlethe
of my soule and all xpian soules the some of one quarter of an yere
Provided also that yf my moveable goods wilnott extende to p�forme and fulfill my detts and bequests then I will my forsaid feoffes
shall sell my parcells of lande called chldren lande to p�forme this my present testament and last will within
