Also I will that Juliane my Wife and my thre daughters shalhave thoccupyency and use of my goods til they shalbe hable to be maried And yf my stock and movable goods will not reche [reach] to the Sume of iiiil then I will that my lands shalbe putt to farme and the money thereof remyng [remaining] and receeved shalbe Delevered to my Wif and m daughters tyll the sume of xxl be fully receeved

Also Richard shallhave a parcell oflande lyeingyn the parishe of Bethersden called cohens ad the hous that Thomas Kempe dwelleth yn And ii peeces of lande called Tylden and Lake(n)feld and his parte of whorefeld (!)
Also I will that my sonne John shallhave the house that I dwell yn with all the lande that pteyneth [pertainth] to the same And yf my sonne John delivers or cause to be delivered thobligation that I served bownd yn to his wif then the foresaid house and lande shallbe clere unto hyme and to his heires to gyve and to sell If not he dyeing without issue of his bodye lawfully begoten then the hous and landes shalbe to Richard my sone and to his heires
Item my sone John shalhave my parte of the hous so that he shall deliver to his moder vi waye load of fyre wode every yere so long as she is widowe
Also I will that yf it shall fortune my Sone Richard to dye without issue of his bodye lawfully begen then the hous with the lande afore rehersed shall com to my Son John and to his heires An yf it shall fortune my Sone John to dye without heires then the house and lands that were Richards shall descende unto my the daughters and to there chyldren

Any my said Wif shall not putt to farme the hous above said and lands that my Sone John dwellethyn but only dwell yn if and if she like not so to do then my Son Richard shall enter into it
Also my wif shallhave a cowe and a haffer
I will also that my Sons John and Richard shall deliver to their sister Agnes Ricard outhe of theyre xxs And my daughter Agnes Ricard shalhave my parte of the almynte? that I bought of Bond.
Also it is provided that if my Son John shall fortune to dye or the fore spokyn obligation be delivered then my two daughters Margarete and Johan Whome I make myne exectrixes uppon this present will and my laste testament shalhave the hous and landes yn theyr possession til thobligatycon be Delivered
Also whereas that my weynne and my plowgh with all the thynge thereto pteryngy and all my catall unbequethe be praysed then John shall be charged as they be praysed if he wyll
Also I will that my Sonnes John and Richard shallbe Principals? uppon this Will
