The last will and testament of Jane Cooke Wydowe late of the parish of Smarden deceases?

Item I will unto William Cooke my sonne one bras kettle and one pewter platter and one fruite dishe and pillowe and one bras candle sticke and one sheete and one presse? and one Table Napkin

Item I will unto Thomas Cooke my sonne one bras kettle and one pewter platter and one fruite dishe and pillowe and one bras candle sticke and one sheete and one cobard [cupboard] and one Table Napkin and one kow

And all the residue of my goods I give unto Godly Cooke my daughter

Theis witnesseth Nicholas Maysham Moyses Woodland Richard ...ithier ?

Probatum fuit 4th December 1619

Lawrence Cooke is buried 10 Nov 1612 at Charing.
Jane Cooke is buried 7 Nov 1619 at Smarden � no marriage has been found.

Godly Cooke married Thomas Willard 25th Jan 1619/20 at Smarden;
William Cooke married Margery Rich 12th Jun 1625 at Smarden;
Thomas Cooke did not marry in Smarden but dies and is buried there in 1645.
