10th Jun 1584. Siblings: Marie 2 Mar 1587; Thomas 1 Jun 1589.
Thomas Cook (the father) was christened at St. Mary the Virgin, Dover on 3rd Aug 1560. No
parents� names are listed in the register at that time.
