The last Will and Testament Nuncupative of Robert Cooke late of Hynxhill in the County of Kent, Tanner, deceased By him made uttered and declared in the time of his sicknes whereof hee dyed; namely uppon the day of his death he beeng there of perfect mind memory and understanding with an intent to make his will and dispose of his estate as followeth, vizt.

hee being asked by Nicholas Bargrave his then Master what he would doe with or how he would dispose of that which he had he answered, that he would give it all to his wife,
and then being then asked by Margaret wife of the said Nicholas Bargrave what his Children should have, he againe answered, that those Children that were his, were his wifes, and therefore he would give it (meaning his goodes) all to her,

there being then p�sent and witnesses of these premisses the aforesaid Nicholas Bargrave and Margaret his wife

Notes:
Robert Cooke was allegedly buried 23rd March 1636 at St. Mary, Hinxhill �NOT 1635.
15th Jan 1639 � Elizabeth Cooke was buried at Hinxhill, Widow.
30th Oct 1608 M Robert Cooke and Elizabeth Hoggday (Hobday) married at St. Alphage, Canterbury � both living at Christchurch (the Cathedral precincts?).
