The last Will and Testament nuncupative of Robert Cooke, late of the p[ar]ish of Hinxhill in the County of Kent, deceased as followeth, vizt.
The said Robert Cooke being of good and p[er]fect memory with an intent to dispose of his p[er]sonall estate, said in effect as followeth, namely:

He gave his house, being a lease, to his wife dureing her life and after her decease he gave the same to his sonne Thomas
The Rest of his goods he willed and gave unto his Wife, to bestowe the same amonge his Children as she pleases
