Item I give unto my Sonn John my howse and Land wherein I now dwell when he shall come to the age of one and twenty Alloweinge and payeinge to his Mother Priscilla my Wife Eight pounds yearely dreing her life out of the Sayd Lands for to be payd halfe yearely Fowre pound at a Lady day and Forwe pound at Michaelmas daye
Item I give unto my Sonn John Twenty Pound For to be payd when he shall come to the age of one and twenty by my Executor Aloweinge [allowing] and payeinge him tweelve pence (in) the Pound For the use of it
Item I give unto James Chittenden�s Wife my daughter Pearccy (sic) Twenty Pound For [for] to be payd within six moneths after my decease by my Executor
Item I give unto John Sandes my daughter Elizabeths sonn Tenn pound For to be payd by my Sonn John out of my Lands when he shall come to the age of one and twenty If then Liveinge

This Will was proved at Westminstr [Westminster] The Sixth day of March in the yeare of our Lord God accordinge to the Computation of the Church of England one thousand Six hundred Fifty and three Before the Judges For Probate of Wills and grantinge Administrations lawfully authorized by the oath of Priscilla the Relicty and Sole Executrix named in this Will of the sayd deceased To whom was Committed Administration of all and Singuler the goods Chattells and debts of the Sayd deceased She being first by Commission Sworne Well and truely to Administer the Same

Richard Cooke married Priscilla Dunke on 12th October 1623 at Sandhurst. They were of Hawkhurst at marriage.

later �Pearsis Cooke� appears in Rolvenden?
Richard and Priscilla Cooke�s burials are not found, nor is any 2nd marriage for Priscilla.
