Item I give and bequeath unto my Sonne Henry Cooke the summe of Twenty shillings of good and lawfull money of England to be paid unto him by mine Executrix within six monthes next after my decease
Item I doe give and bequeath unto my Kinsman James Chapman the summe of Twenty shillinges to be paid unto him as aforesaid
And to Mills Cooke my Grandchild Twenty Shillinges likewise to be paid at his age of Twenty one yeares
Item all costs and charges and residue of my Goods and Chattells whatsoever my debts paid Legacies discharged Funerall expences paid and performed I doe give and bequeath unto Anne Cooke my beloved daughter whom I doe make and declare to be sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament revoaking and renouncing all former and other Wills and Testaments by my made or supposed to be made
provided alwayes and it is my Will and meaning that if my said daughter Anne Cooke shall depart this life unmarried that then my said Son Henry Cooke shall have and take all my said Goods he payinge and performing all and whatsoever my said daughter ought to have done and performed as aforesaid
Lastly I doe nominate devise and appoynt my trusty and welbeloved Freind Mr. William Woolfe of Charinge to be the Overseer of this my last Will and Testament and to have my Will and meaninge herein expressed and declared duely and instely [instantly] performed and Executed
In Witnes whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and Seale dated the day and yeare first above written published and declared to be the last Will and Testament of the said Anne Cooke Widdowe and by her Sealed and Subscribed in [the] presence of George Hunteby his marke Wm Smale
This Will was proved at London before the Judges for probate of Wills and granteing Administracons Lawfully authorized the Tenth day of May in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand six hundred and Fifty eight by the oath of Anne Cooke the daughter and sole Executrix named in the said Will who was Committed Administracon of all & singular the Goods Chattells and debts of the said deceased, She being by Commission first sworne duly to Administer

Anne Cooke, Widow, was buried at St. Mary, Great Chart on 3rd April 1658.
Her marriage, nor her children�s or grandchildren�s christenings, have not been identified.
