Nuncupative Will of Alexander Cooke

of Chilham, Kent

The last will and testament nuncpative of Alexander Cooke late of the parish of Chillum in the Countie of Kent and Archdeaconry of Canterbury deceased uttered and declared about six monthes next before his death he being then of good soure memory and understanding with an intent to make his will and dispose of his estate sayd

That he was confident he could not long live and therefor sayed hee had sixteene poundes due to him by William Watson and that money hee would have divided amongst his fower daughters further adding that they his said daughters should have no more because he had p�formed them in marriage

but sayed that he gave all his goods cattells and chattells and houshold stuffe besides the afore mentioned sixteene pounds unto his two sonnes Alexander and William

or used words to the same or like effect in the presence and hearing of John Baldock and Jane his wife who have hereunto subscribed theire hands or made their marke
