In the name of God Amen
I Alice Cooke of the p’ishe of Bradborne in the County of Kent Widdow being in finnk in body but of p’fect memory and Judgment (Thankes be given to Allmightly God) doe make this my last will and Testament

Imprimis I bequeath my Soule to God that gave it and my body to be decently buryed in the Churchyard of Selling in the grave of my first husband Mr. Henry Denton And my worldly goods I dispose of as followeth

Imprimis I give to Thomas Sutton the Son of Stephen and Susannah Sutton the sume of ten pounds to be paid to him at the age of one and twenty yeares
Item I give to Susannah Sutton the daughter of Stephen and Susannah Sutton the Sume of ten pounds to be paid to her at the age of eighteen yeares

But I order and appoint William Terall carpenter of the p’ish of Braborne in the County of Kent Trustee and receiver of the Interest of the ten pounds I give to the above named Thomas Sutton till he come to the age of one and twenty years And of the ten pounds I give to the above said Susannah Sutton till she come to the age of Eighteen yeares to receive for the proper use of Susannah Sutton the wife of Stephen Sutton and I order that the aforesaid Stephen Sutton shall not meddle with or have anything to doe with the abovesaid Interest

Item I give to Mary Green the daughter of William Green Junior the Sume of ten pounds to be paid to her two yeares after my death
Item I give to Jane Cooke the daughter of John Cooke two pounds to be paid to her after my death

Item I give all my wearing apparell Linen and woollen to Susannah Sutton the wife of Stephen Sutton and to Dorothy Court the wife of Henry Court to be equally divided between them

And I doe constitute and appoint the above named William Tearall Sole Executor of this my last will and Testament in and for the behalfe and advantage (that is my meaning) that my deerly beloved neece Susannah Sutton may have the Sole advantage and profitt and her husband Stephen Sutton not to meddle or have anything to doe with it

In Testimony whereof I have set to my hand and Seale this 16th day of Jannuary in the yeare of our Lord 1696 and of his Majesties Reigne the Eight yeare
