In the name of God Amen
I Anne Cooke of Cranbrooke in the County of Kent, Spinster make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following
First I comend my Soul to God and my Body I committ to the Earth and as touching the disposition of what Worldly Estate it hath pleased Almighty God to bless me with I dispose of as follows

Imprimis I Give and bequeath unto my Sister Mary Hart alias Cooke all the part of the Fifty pounds which was devised to me by my mother Jane Cooke which is yet unpaid
As alsoe all other my Goods Chattells and Personall Estate whatsoever

Item I give and bequeath unto my said Sister Mary Hart alias Cooke all my Reall and Copyhold Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what kind soever To have and to hold unto my said Sister Mary Hart alias Cooke her Heires and Assignes for ever

And of this my last Will I make my said Sister Mary Hart alias Cooke sole Executrix

In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament contained in one sheet of paper sett my hand and Seale this Twenty fourth day of May One thousand seven hundred and Sixteen

Signed Sealed Published and declared by the said Anne Cooke the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto Subscribed our names as Witnesses in the presence of the said Testatrix

Probatum fuit: Decimo nono [19th] die February [1710]

Notes:
Mrs. Anne Cooke, Schoolmistress, was buried on the 19th October 1717 at St. Dunstan, Cranbrook.
Mary Cooke married Peter Hart on 7th October 1715 at St. Mary, Eastling.
Mother Mrs. Jane Cooke, Widow was buried at Cranbrook in 12th February 1717.
