In the Name of God Amen
I William Cooke of the parish of Northgate in the City of Canterbury one of the aldermen of the said City being of sound Mind memory and Understanding and Mindfull of my Mortality do make and ordain This my Last Will and Testament n writing in manner following
FIRST I recommend my Soul to almighty God hoping to be saved by the Merits of Christ Jesus my Redeemer
and my body I commit to the Earth to be buried at the discretion of my Daughter Mary the Wife of Ralph Blunden of the said City and my grandson William Blunden their son

and I do constitute and appoint my said Daughter Mary Blunden and my said Grandson William Blunden joint Executors of this my Will

as to my Worldly Estate I dispose thereof
FIRST I give to my Grandson John Blunden the Son of my said Daughter Mary Blunden the sum of two hundred pounds as soon as he shall attain the age of one and Twenty years

also all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Estate Goods Chattles Credits and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath to my said Daughter Mary Blunden and my said Grandson William Blunden equally to be divided between them they paying all my just Debts funeral Charges and probate of this my Will and hereby revoking and making Void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made I do make and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament

IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this six and twentyeth day of February in the seven and twentyeth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain, France and Scotland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and fifty four

SIGNED Sealed published and declared by the said William Cooke the Testator to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who also Subscribe our names as Witnesses hereunto in his presence and at his Request

The before registered Will of William Cooke Deceased was proved the Eleventh day of November 1754 before the Reverend Wm. Broderigo Clerk Surrogate to the Worshipful Edward Suunpeen ? Doctor of Laws Official General to the Reverend the Archdeacon of Canterbury Lawfully constituted by the Oaths of Mary Blunden and William Blunden the Executors named in the said Will being first sworn duly to perform the same etc.

Mary Cooke married Ralph Blunden 28th January 1731 at St. Alphage, Canterbury.

William Cooke is buried 30th October 1754 at St. Mary, Northgate.
Sarah pre-deceases William and is buried there on 11th Nov 1722.

William is probably the son of William and Mary Cooke, christened at St. Alphage, Canterbury on 2nd April 1682.
