I give and bequeath all and singular my Goods, Chattells, Effects, Debts due and owing to me, Money, Securities for Money, Money in any of the Public Stocks or Funds and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what kind or nature soever the same shall exist and be at the time of my decease from and after payment of all my just debts, Funeral Expences and the Charges of proving and executing this my Will unto my Loving Sister Mary Cook and to her Executors Administrators and Assigns to and for her and their own use and benefit
And I make constitute and appoint my said Sister Mary Cook full and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament And Lastly I revoke all former Wills by me made
In Witness whereof I the said Andrew Cook have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and
seal the twenty fifth day of February in the Fifteenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland, King Defender of the Faithe &c. and
in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy five

This will was proved at London the ninth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy five before the Right Worshipfull Sir George Hay, Knight, Doctor of Laws, Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury, lawfully constituted by the oath of Mary Cook, Spinster, the Sister of the deceased and sole Executrix named in the said Will to whom Administration of all and singular the Goods Chattells and Credits of the said deceased was granted having been first sworn by Commission duly to Administer
On the 1st September 1788 Adm'on [Administration] (with the Will annexed) of the Goods Chattels and credits of Andrew Cook late of Deal in the County of Kent dec'd [deceased] left unadm'd [unadministered] by Mary Cook, Spinster, dec'd whilst living the Sister, sole Extrx. [Executrix] and Universal Legatee named in the sd. Will since deceased, assigned to Elizabeth Stephenson (Wife of Michael Stephenson) the Administratrix of the Goods of the sd. Mary Cook deced., having been first sworn (by Com'on) duly to adm'r, the sd. Mary Cook dying Intestate.

Sister Mary Cook was baptised there on 15th December 1706.
Father Richard Cook married mother Jane Teal at St. Leonard's on 28th August 1704.
Andrew Cook was buried at St. Leonard, Deal 3 Aug 1775
Mary Cook aged 82 was buried at Deal 9 Aug 1788
