I give and bequeath unto my Brother Stephen Sims the Sum of five pounds Sterling to be paid to him by instalments at one shilling per week by my Executor hereinafter named
Also I give and bequeath the Sum of Thirty pounds Sterling unto and among the Children of my late Niece Mary Ann Searle equally to be divided between them share and share alike within one month after my decease
Also I give and bequeath all my furniture wearing apparel & linen unto Sarah Ann Bradley and Elizabeth Hannah Bradley the two daughters of my Sister Hannah Bradley equally to be divided between them share and share alike to and for their own proper use and benefit
And as to all the rest residue and remainder of my Shares Securities for Money Goods Chattels and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever that I shall leave or be any ways entitled unto at the time of my decease I Give and bequeath the same and every part thereof (subject to the payment thereout of all and every my just debts funeral and testamentary Expences) unto my Sister the said Hannah Bradley
And I hereby make nominate and appoint my friend John Jeken of this Town and port of Dover aforesaid Esquire sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me heretofore made and publish and declare this and no other to be my last Will and Testament

Proved at London 14th May 1812 before the Judge by the Oath of John Jeken Esqr., the sole Executor to whom admon. [administration] was granted being first sworn (by Comon) duly to admr. [administer].
Notes:
Mary Cook was buried at St. James the Apostle, Dover on 17th February 1812.
William Cook, Widower, married Mary Simms on 17th April 1790 at St. Mary the Virgin, Dover.
Their children (where N = date of birth; C = date of christening):
31-Mar 1791 N and 24-Apr 1791 C James (to) William and Mary Cook (at) Dover, St. James the Apostle
On 29th September 1792, William Cook, husband of Mary, was buried at St. James, Dover.
He was previously married to another Mary – but the marriage is not found. Their children (all C at St. James):
6 May 1781 Thomas; 19 Mar 1786 Jane; 18 Jan 1789 Anne.
