I do give and bequeath unto my three children James Cook John Cook and Margaret the Wife of John Kingsmill All my ready money and Securities for Money Deed Bill Mortgages Notes Debts Sum and Sums of Money whatsoever that may be due to me at the time of my decease and likewise all my household furniture Plate Linen and China and all other my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever that I may be possessed of at the time of my decease To hold the same unto the said James Cook John Cook and Margaret the Wife of the said John Kingsmill their Executors Admons [Administrators] and Assigns equally to be divided between them share and share alike
And I direct the share of my daughter Margaret to be paid into her hand for her own sole separate use and benefit or to such person or persons as she by any Writing signed with her proper hand shall from time to time notwithstanding her coverture direct and appoint And my Will is that her present husband shall not intermeddle therewith neither shall the same be subject or liable to his Control Debts or Engagements
And lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said James Cook John Cook and
Margaret the Wife of the said John Kingsmill joint Executors of this my Will and Testament contained
in one sheet of paper hereunto set my hand and seal the fourteenth day of September in the year of
our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and ten

the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have
subscribed our names as Witnesses the word �James� on the second line being first written on an
Erazure
