And I Give and Bequeath to my dear Wife Mary Cook all my real and personal Estates
whatsoever or wheresoever which may belong to me at my decease during her natural life
and at her decease I Give and Bequeath the aforesaid Real and Personal Estates to my
Daughter Mary Cook her Heirs and Assigns forever according to the nature and quality
thereof respectively to and for her exclusive use and benefit
I constitute nominate and appoint my Daughter Mary Cook and John Goulden of St. Dunstan�s Gentleman to be my Executor and Executrix and Trustees of this my last Will and Testament
And lastly I revoke all former and other Wills heretofore made And declare this writing consisting of one sheet of paper which is signed with my name and duly attested by three Witnesses in manner forescribed by law to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand the day first aforesaid Edward Cook
Signed by the said Edward Cook the Testator as his last Will and Testament in the presence
of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each
other have subscribed our names as Witnesses

The before registered Will of Edward Cook deceased was proved the fourteenth day of January 1846 before the Reverend John Metcalfe Clerk Surrogate to the Worshipful Sherrard Beaumont Barnnaby Doctor of Laws Commissary General of the City and Diocese of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oaths of Mary Cook Spinster Daughter of the deceased and John Goulden the Executors named in the said Will They being first sworn well and truly to perform the same.

Edward Cook was buried 12th December 1845, aged 55, at St. Alphage.
Edward Cook married Mary Robinson 30 Mar 1815 at Holy Cross, Canterbury.
Their only child was christened 07 Apr 1826, Mary Ann Cook, at Holy Cross.
Mary Ann Cook married James Divers 1 Feb 1846 at St. Mary Bredin, Canterbury.
