Then as to the last residue and remainder of Ready Money,Security for Money Money in the public works and funds and goods and chattels, personal Estate,whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or quality soever which I shall be possessed of at the time of my decease I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my nephews Thomas and James Sons of my Brother Thomas Woodmansee and nieces Elizabeth and Sarah daughters of Robert and Elizabeth Pritty equally between my said four last mentioned Nephews and Nieces share and share alike to be paid and delivered to them within Six months after my decease.
And I appoint my Nephew John Cooper Son of my Late husband's Brother William and James Harman
of Wilmington Joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament revoking all former and
other Will and Wills and Testamentary Dispositions declare this only to be my last Will and
Testament and in Witness whereof the the said Testatrix Mary Cooper have hereto set my hand and
affixed my Seal this Thirtieth day of January in the forty ninth year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain
and Ireland Defender of the faith and so forth and in the Year of our Lord Christ One thousand
eight hundred and nine The Mark X Mary Cooper [LS] Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the
said Testatrix Mary Cooper as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at
her Request in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our Names as
