she being devided into three partes wth all the furniture belonginge to her So that the saide Edwarde and Thomas doe paye to my saide
three daughters Jone, Katherine and Agnes to ether of them xls of currant Inglishe money at theire sevrall ages of xviij yeares
And if anie of them die before the saide age, then my will is they shall pay her of their parte so dienge [dying] to her or them

This is the last wyll and testament of me the saide John Coppin made the day and yeare abovesaide of and uppon the disposition of all my lands and tentes [tenements] scituate lienge and beinge in the saide parrishe of St. Laurence
First I will and bequethe to Thomas my sonne fowre acres of land to be appointed and laide owt unto him by my saide executors, to be had to the said Thomas his heires and assignes for ever
Item I give to Edward my sonne, my tente. wthall the edifices buyldinges and necessaries thereunto belonginge wherein my mother Coppin now dwelleth wth five acres of lande which five acres of lande to be layed out and appointed to him by my saide executors, To have and to holde the said tente. edifices buildinges and five acres of land aforesaid wthall and singuler thappurtenannces unto the said Edward to the use of the same Edward his heires and assignes for ever
Item I bequethe to Willyam my sonne my tente. at Southwoode wth six acres and a half of lande arable
pasture and woode thereunto next adioyninge To be had to the said Willyam from and after
he shall come to his age of xix yeres to the use of the same Willyam his heires and assignes for ever,
and in the meane time Untill the said Willyam shall accomplishe his age of nineteene yeares my will and
meaninge is that my said wife shall have the occupation of all and singular the saide tente. and landes so
bequethed to the said Willyam to her and her assignes she keepinge the saide tente. sufficientlie repaired
and doeinge nether stripe nor waste and payenge the lordes rent due of the same
Item I bequeth to Agnes my wife my tente. barne and other edifices thereunto adioyninge to the tente. of
Willyam Sawnder in Ramsgate Streete wth twelve acres of land thereunto, which land to be laid out and
appointed by my saide executors, To be had to the saide Agnes and hir assignes dureing her
naturall life she keepinge the same sufficientlie repayred and doienge nether strippe nor waiste and
payeinge the lordes rente due out of the same
And after the decease of the said Agnes my wife my will and meaninge is the said Tente. barne edifices
and twelve acres of land aforesaid wthall and singuler there appurtenannces shall wholie remaine and
come to Roger my sonne to the use of the same Roger his heires and assignes for ever
Item I bequethe to John my sonne all the residue of my landes whatsoever before not bequethed to be
had to the said John when he shall accomplishe his age of twentie to the use of the same John his heires and assignes for ever
and in the meane time my will and meaninge is that the said Agnes my wife shall
receave the profitte and commoditie of all and singuler the saide lande so bequethed to the saide
John, and when the said John my sonne shall accomplishe his age of twenty yeares, my will is the said Agnes my wife shalbe accomptable
and pay unto the said John the one half of all such commoditie and profitte as she shall receave for and in supporte of the saide lande
Item I will that Agnes my wife wthin one monethe after my decease shall enter into bond in the somme of one hundreth ponndes [£100] to save and keepe harmeles the said Edwarde Otterbury his executors administrators and assignes of for and concerninge all actions and demandes whatsover which shall at any time heareafter be recommended or demanded of or against the said Edward Otterbury for respecte of thexecutorshippe [the executorship] of this psent will on his parte to be performed, or in respecte of anie bond whatsoever wherein the said Edward Otterbury doth stand bonnde wth me the said John Coppin heretofore made
