In the name of God Amen On the Thirteenth day of October in the yeare of our Lord one Thousand Sixe hundred Fifty Seaven
I Thomas Coppin of Ramsgate in the parish of St, Lawrence in the Isle of Thanett and County of Kent Fisherman Beinge weake in body but of good and perfect Sence and Memorie (God be praised) doe make and ordaine this my Last Will and Testament in manner and forme followinge
First I bequeath my Soule into the mercifull handes of Allmighty God who made it And my Bodie to the earth from whence it came to be buried at the discretion of my Executor hereafter named.

Alsoe I give to my daughter Margarett Twenty shillings

Alsoe I give to Thomas Sandwell his heires and assignes for ever one peice or parcell of Land Commonly called by the name of Longe Acre conteyninge by estimation one Acre whither more of lesse, scituate in Ramsgate aforesaid adjoyninge to the Landes of William Sackett West and South

Also I give to the said Thomas Sandwell and Mary his wife and the heires of the said Mary forever my Messuage wherein I now dwell with the Barne, Redgbon dryarde?, garden, orchard, Land and appurtencances hereunto belonging
And alsoe one Smale yarde or place inclosed at the West end of my Tenement wherein John Bings now dwelleth
And alsoe one quarter parte of a certaine Well nigh adjoyninge togeather with a free way or passage from the Streete to the said Messuage

Alsoe I give to the said Thomas Sandwell and Mary his wife and the heires of the said Mary forever All those my other Fower peeces or parcells of Land containinge in the whole by estimation Two acres and three roods whether more or lesse; Scituate in Ramsgate aforesaid, and now in the occupacon of the said Thomas Sandwell

Alsoe I give to my daughter Thomazine her heires and assignes forever my Smale Tenement in the occupacon of John Bings adjoyning to my Messuage aforesaid And one quarter parte of the Well aforesaid togeather with a free way or passage from the Street to the said Tenement

Alsoe all the rest of my Goods and Chattels whatsoever I give and bequeath to the said Thomas Sandwell whom I make and ordaine sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament

In Witnes whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seale dated the day and yeare first above written

This Will was proved at London the Seaveth day of the moneth of January in the yeare of our Lord God accordinge to the Computacon of the Church of England one Thousand Sixe hundred Fifty and Seaven Before the Judges for probat of Wills and grantinge Administrations Lawfully authorized By the oath of Thomas Sandwell sole Executor named in the said Will To whome was committed Administration of all and Singular the goods Chattels and debtes of the said deceased hee the said Thomas Sandwell beinge first sworne by vertue of a Commission well and truely to Administer the same Exd.
