This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Corney of Maize Hill Greenwich in the County of Kent, Widow
I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences may be fully paid as soon as conveniently can be after my decease

And I give to my only surviving daughter Mary Maria Clark Wife of my son in law Andrew Clark one thousand two hundred pounds stock of three per Cent reduced Annuities at the Bank of England and which I direct may be transferred to her immediately after my death for her absolute use
I also give to my said daughter all my term estate and interest in four leasehold messuages or tenements with their appurts. [appurtenances] situate in Camden Row, Blackheath in the County of Kent aforesaid for her like absolute use
I also give her all my wearing apparel both linen and woollen for her like absolute use

And I give to my only son Bolton William Corney all my household furniture plate linen and Chinas for his absolute use

And as to all the residue & remainder of my money property estate and effects which I shall die possessed of and not hereinbefore by me disposed of I give the same respectively and all my term estate and interest therein with the appurts. unto my said daughter her executors admors. and assigns absolutely

And I declare that my only reason for not leaving my said son a greater share of my property than I have under this my will is on account of my having already advanced and given him money and property beyond or equal in amount to what my said daughter will become entitled as hereinbefore mentioned

And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said daughter sole Executrix of this my Will and hereby revoking annulling and making void all former wills Codicils and testamentary dispositions by me made do publish and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament

In Testimony whereof I the said Mary Corney the Testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament contained in one sheet of paper set my hand and affixed my seal this fifteenth day of August one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Mary Corney the Testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and at the same time in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto and attested the same
Chas. R. Parker, Greenwich Thos. Burroughs, Deptford

Proved at London the 4th June 1839 before the Worsful [Worshipful] John Lanbeny Dr. of Laws and Surrogate by the Oath of Mary Maria Clark (wife of Andrew Clark) the daughter the sole Extrix. to whom admon. was granted having been first sworn duly to admr.
