I give and bequeath unto Dorothye my wife all my howshold goods & ymplements of household at or in my nowe dwelling house or els where, together with the fire wood about the same house, and also my twoe keene
The Residue of my goods and Chattles not bequeathed, my will and mynd is that Willyam Howting of Hollingborne in the said Countye, yeoman (my father in lawe) and Richard Couchman of Loose, my brother, shall have and take And the same to cause to be apprised & sold to the best value towards the payment of my dettes and funeral expenses, which said Willyam Howtinge and Richard Couchman I make and ordayne Executors of this my last will and testament
My will and mynd is that ymediatly after my death, my said Executors shall enter upon a certen peece of land in Loose with all & singuler thappurtenances called Attkyns (about 6 Acres) and shall sell the same to the best value prise and the money thereof to pay all & only such due dettes as I doe owe unto any person or persons
And the somme of money remayninge shalbe putt out and ymployed by my Executors and the profit thereof to be equally given and devyded amongst my daughters Dorothye and Parnell when they shall severally come to the age of 21 or the day of maryadge
My further will and meaning is that my said Wife shall have, hold and enioye the Residue of all my lands and tenements in Loose aforesaid or els where within the said County during her naturall life with condicion that she take unto her charge and Custody for the bringing upp of all my children
And after the decease of my said Wife I gyve & bequeath all the said Residue of my lands and tenements unto Willyam my sonne and to his heires for ever
