Thys ys the laste wyll of me the said Clement A Court made the daye and yere above said

First I will that Elyzabethe my wiffe shalhave the p[ro]ffetts of all my lands and tentnts [tenements] untill my sonnes Thomas, Mathewe and Peter cumithe to thage underwrytten

Item I geve and bequethe to Thomas my sonne my ij tene[me]nts my lsfyuche? w[i]t[h] all the lands therto belonginge yn the p[ar]ish of Walth[a]m aforesaid when he cumythe to thage of xxvijth [27] yeres

Also I geve to Mathewe my sonne my tene[me]nt yn Shythcowrt att the fowthesyd? of the Streate wt all the lands att the south syde from Pedlynge [Pedlinge] unto Northeley yn Walthm and Elmested
Also I will to the same Mathewe a pece of land called Westhill containynge by estymation a xiiijtrn [fourteen] Acres yn the northe syde of the same streate
Also I will to the said Mathewe a pece of Land called the pke the w[hi]ch I hold by Indenture of Mr. Hardres

Also I will to my sonne Peter my tenent and mansyon place at Shithcourt and all the Lands lyenge and beinge yn the northe syde of the Sreate yn the p[ar]ish of Walthm and Elmested Extept ij pecys [2 pieces] of Land callyd brokks dele and Westhill wyllyd before to Mathewe

Item I will that Mathewe and Peter my sonnes shall enter yn to the Lands before unto them willyd and assigned, when they cm [come] to the Age of xxiiijti yeres And if itt fortune e[i]ther Mathewe or Peter to dye wtin the age of xxiiijti yeres wtowt heyres male of there bodyes Lauffully begotten Then I will the one of them to be heyre to the other yn there p[ar]tes
Also yf ytt fortune the sayd Mathewe and Peter bothe to dye before they Cumm to thage of xxiiijti yeres wtowt heyres male of there bodyes Lauffully begotten Then I will Thomas my sonne shalbe heyre to them bothe

Also I will that Peter my sonne shalhave all my Lands that I hold of Mr. Hardres by Indenture Lyenge att the Northe side of the Streate
Also I will that yf my sonne Thomas dye wtout heyrs male of his bodye Lauffully begotten Then I will that Mathewe and Peter shalhave Thomas my sonnes equally betwene them to be devyded

Also if my executors shall thyncke any Lacke of p[er]formance of my will or testament Then I will my tenem[en]t and lands at Wylsyuche? be sold by myne executors to the best p[ri]ce they maye, geyvnge [giving] to my sonne Thomas xxxti pounds Att the daye of xxiiij yeres

Also I will that my foresaid wiffe shalhave a xxs yerely duringe her Lyffe out of the Lands w[hi]ch I have before wyllyd unto Mathewe and Peter my sonnes And the chyest chambre yn my mansyon place att Shitcourt And to have fyre and flete yn the same place
And the sayd Elyzabeth my wiffe or her assignes to stresse and streyne yn any plc [place] of the Lands of the said Mathewe and Peter for favore of painer of the said a xxs

Also if my wiffe be wt child wythe a mane [man] child Then I will that Mathew and Peter shall paye unto the same child a xx li [£20] wtin viijth [8] yeres affter they enter to there Lands, if itt be a daughter a xxti marrks [20 marks]

Also I will that if Thomas my sonne dye and Mathewe and Peter wtowt heyres of there bodyes Lauffully begotten, Then I Will Stephen Court sonne of Hamon Court my brother shalhave my sonne Mathewes p[ar]te and Peters praysed

P[ro]vyded Allways that if all my sonnes dye wtowt heyres of ther bodyes Lauffully begotten Then I will that Elizabethe my wiffe shall take the p[ro]ffetts of all my Lands and tenents by the space of x yeres next and immedyatlye followynge the decease of my children
And affter x yeres the foresayd Stephen shall geve to Elyzabethe my wiffe yerlye durynge her lyffe a xls [40s] p[ro]vyded allwaies that if all my forsaid sonnes dye wtowt heyres of there bodyes Lauffully begotten before they ev[e]r to thage abovesaid Then I will that Elizabethe my wiffe have my tenent a[t] Wilsyuche? yn Fee symple to geve and sell att her pleasure

Item if Stevyn Court cum to my Lands to hym gevyn by my will Then I will the forsaid Stephen shall paye unto ev[er]y one of his brothers a iij li [£3]
