In the name of God Amen that on Wednesday beinge the thyrtethe [30] day of Januarye in the yeare of or our Lord God a thowsand fyve hundrethe Seaventye Syxe
Thomas Courte of Waltham beinge in good memorye made his last wyll and Testamente nuncupatyve [nuncupative] in forme following

Fyrst he wylled to Katheren his wyef all his moveable goods and cattalls whatsoever
payeinge to Katheren wylls tenne shillings in moneye

francke and free Wyttnes John Prowde; John Easter and Thomas Kynge

Probatum fuit: 17th April 1577
