First whereas my brother William Coveney hathe bought of me all my part ---- & porcon that is to say the moytie or halfe of one mesuage, one barne & other houses thereunto belongyngyng, two gardens & two peaces of arable landes & pasture with thappurtenances conteynynge foure acres of lande lying & being in the parish of Huntyngton aforesaid some tyme Alexander Coveney my father & hathe fullie paide me therfore & as yet no assurance or conveyance therof to hym made, I wyll therfore geve � unto the said William Coveney, my brother (page torn)
