To eldest sonne Robert Coveney, my greatest silver cupp and the great gold ring that was my Fathers
I give unto George Coveney my second sonne the Ring that was to my wife for wedding ring
I bequeath unto John Coveney my third sonne a gold knobbs ring
I give unto Richard Coveney my fourth and youngest sonne my other silver Cupp
I give to Jane Coveney my daughter one Trunk that was her mothers which she brought with her from Braborne and also the lynnen that is therin and also one Jewwell ring of gold now in the hands and custody of my sister Amys as also one other little trunke standing in the chamber wherein I nowe lye
I give and bequeath all my silver spoones to bee by the discretion of my Executors to be
equally devided amongst my children

John Bull of Braborne and Kennet Back of Hinxhill, gentlemen, my brothers in law and
trustye friends, Executors
I appoint and intreat George Carter of Crundall, gent, my cousin and sure freind to be overseer
Concerning all my lands and tenements in the parish of Wye, I doe devise, will and appoint my Executors shall within twenty months and as much sooner as they can after my decease, sell and convey all and every the same my messuages, lands and tenements at the best rate and price they may and with the money arising thereof as also my goods and moveables to paye and satisfye all my debts desiring my Creditors to be pleased so to forbeare as by that meanes the better sale of my lands may be made, and they be the better satisfied
Residue and remainder of the money I will and dispose in manner & forme following viz.
�200 to my sonne Robert Coveney
�100 to my sonne George Coveney
�100 a peece to my two other sonnes John & Richard Coveney
The said �500 to be paid by my said Executors with what reasonable proffitt they shall thereof over and above ther education and maintenance, if any shall arise, unto my said sonnes at such tymes as they shall severally attaine and accomplish ether severall ages of one and twentye yeares
�100 to my daughter Jane at the age of twentye yeares
