�3 a peece to Thomas the elder, Belknapp, Elizabeth, Elizabeth, Joane, Daniell, Samuell,
Edward, Thomas the younger and Isabell, children of my said brother Edward Coveney,
to be paid to such of them as shall be of age of 15 yeares within one yeare next after my
decease, and to them that shall be under the age of fifteene at such time as they severally
come to the age and ages of fifteene yeares.
In the meantime, my will is that their severall legacies shall be put out at interest by my
Executors for their use and benefit
I give to my brother Samuell Coveney �10
I give to my cousin Mary Boade, widowe, �3
I give to Edward & Thomas sonnes of my brother Belknapp Coveney, �20 a peece
I give to my servant Susan Drury �4
10 shillings to the poore of Little Chart
I give to my brother Edward Coveney during his life my messuage, barne, stable, orchard close garden and foure pieces of land arable and pasture lyeing next to the said messuage containeing about nine Acres more or lesse with the appurtenances scituate lyeing and being in Ulcomb and in the occupacion of the said Edward Coveney upon condicion that he keepe the same in good and sufficient repaire in by and with all needful and necessary reparacions and amendments
And from and after the decease of my said brother Edward Coveney I give and devise the said Messuage lands and premises aforesaid with the appurtenances to my cousin John Coveney one of the sonnes of the said Edward Coveney my said brother and to his heires for ever
My other 3 pieces of land arable and pasture which I have lyeing in Ulcomb aforesaid conteineing about 13 Acres mor or lesse with the appurenances likewise in my said brother Edward Coveney�s occupation and parcell of the lands I lately purchased of Mr Austen, I give and devise to my brother Belknapp Coveney and his heires to be sold for the payment of my debts and legacies
All the rest of my goods and Chattells whatsoever, I give to my said brother Belkenapp Coveney whom I hereby make the sole Executor to this my last Will and Testament desiring him that he will faithfully pay all my debts and legacies without any fraud or �
