In the first Place my Will and Mind is that all my Just Debts be fully paid and Satisfyd and to be Buried at Christ Church Spittlefields in as frugal a manner as possible at the Discretion of my Executors hereafter named to whom I Give Ten Pounds for their Care and Trouble in the Execution of this my Will

And my Will and Mind is that my Executors Do Sell all my Household or other Goods Plate and Linnen and do place the produce of the same in some of the Publick Funds or Government Security And my Will and Mind is that the Interest of the Money so Placed and the Interest of my Estate of what kind soever (after my Just Debts Funeral Expences and Legacies are fully paid and Satisfied out of the Principal) be Applyed for the Education and Maintenance of my Daughter Susanna Covenant until She attains the Age of Twenty one Years or Day of Marriage

And my Will is that on my said Daughter Attaining the Age of Twenty one Years or Day of Marriage which shall first happen that the Principal of what I Shall Dye Possessed of shall be paid to her

But in Case my said Daughter Should Dye before She Attains the Age of Twenty one Years or Day of Marriage then I Give One hundred pounds to my Sister Susanna Fontaine and One hundred pounds to my Sister Elizabeth Fontaine Capital Stock let the same be more or less
And the rest and residue of my Estate I Give and bequeath to my Sister Magdalene Amy Fontaine

And I do Appoint my Brother Lewis Fontaine and my Sister Susanna Fontaine Executor and Executrix And Trustees to this my last Will (Attestation Clause)
