I Edward Covey M A Clerk of Knockholt in the County of Kent do make this my last Will and Testament

I give and bequeath to my Sister Elizabeth Williams and to my brother Charles Covey my whole property of every description and character to them and their heirs to be equally divided between them share and share alike

And I do hereby constitute my said brother Charles and James Williams the husband of my said sister Elizabeth Executors of this my last Will and Testament

In witness whereof I the said Edward Covey have set and subscribed my hand and seal this twenty first day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty eight Edward Covey
