Item I give and bequeath unto my loving wife Elizabeth, and to my Eldest Son Samuell, all my personall Estate whatsoever that God hath in pleased to Lend me, with this Provisoe, that they shall bring up my daughter Mildred, with meat, drinke, cloathing and other necessaries untill she attaineth unto the age of Eighteen Years;
Item I give & bequeath unto my 2nd Son William the summe of Five pounds to be paid him by my Executor when he attaineth the age of 24 years.
Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mildred the Summe of Five pounds to be paid by my Executors when she attaineth the age of Eighteene years.
It is my will that if one or both of the executors dye before William and Mildred attaineth the age of 24 and 18 that the said personall Estate shall fall equally among the survivors, and that if any of them dye, the survivors to be heiers alike.
Lastly I doe appoint my Loveinge wife Elizabeth, and Samuell my Eldest Son to be executors of this my last Will and Testament revoking all former Wills whatsoever.
