First I give and bequeath to my trusty Friend Nicholas Wisdom now Living with me, All and Singular my Houses Lands Messuages Tenements and Hereditaments with all my Stock in Business, as Horses Cows Sheep Hogs Hop-Poles with my Waggons Carts Plows and all Sorts of Husbandry Gear and Tackle with all my Beds Bedding Linnen Coppers and all Sorts of Household Goods, with all my Bonds Bills Book-Debts ready-Money Silver-Spoons and all Securities for Monies and all whatsoever to me belongs whether Real or Personal Etates, I freely and Voluntay give to the said Nicholas Wisdom to be enjoyed and possessed by him his Heires Executors Administrators and Assigns Absolutely and for Ever.
But upon Condition that the said Nicholas Wisdom or his Heirs or Assigns do keep and Maintain my well-beloved Mother Sarah Snoad in sufficient necessary Meat Drink Washing Lodging Mending and all Sorts of Wearing Apparel during the Term of her Natural Life.
All my Wearing Apparel Gold-Rings Silver-Buckles I give to Nicholas Wisdom and for him to give and Distribute the same among my Relations as he may think proper within One Kalendar Month after my Death, but I desire my Niece Elizabeth Simmons may have a good part.
I likewise nominate constitute and appoint Mr James Waterman of East Sutton in the beforenamed County, Gentleman, Trustee and Guardian in Trust to my Well-beloved Mother Sarah Snoad, desiting that he will Inspect and ask her at Times if She is well-done by or in want of any Necessary Sustenances in Life and for his Trouble (if He pleases to Act as before- named) I give him Five Guineas.
And lastly I make, constitute, Ordain and Appoint Nicholas Wisdom my Trusty Friend Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament, and I do hereby utterly disallow, revoke and disannul all and every other Former Testaments Wills Legacies and bequests and Executors by me in any-ways before-named, ratifying and confirming This an no others to be my last Will and Testament.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my Hand and Seal this sixteenth Day of June, and in
the Year of Our Lord Christ 1779.
