In the first place I will and direct that all my just debts and the Expences of my Funeral (which I desire may be as private as decency will admit of) Probate of this my last Will and all other incidental Charges be fully paid and satisfied
And I give and bequeath to my Niece Mary Wife of Thomas Luckett my wearing Apparel
of all sorts and one Silver table spoon
Also I give and bequeath to my Niece Elizabeth Brightland widow six Silver tea spoons and
a pair of Silver Suger Tongs
to be delivered to my said Nieces respectively by my Executors
herein afternamed within one month next after my decease
Also I give and bequeath to my great Nephews William Gibbs and Robert Gibbs (the sons of my late Niece Ann the wife of John Gibbs) the Sum of Thirty Pounds a piece of lawful Money current in Great Britain
Also I give and bequeath to my Brother Robert Cox and my cousins John Cox and Thomas Cox a Mowrning Ring each which I beg they will accept in Remembrance of me
And as to all the rest residue and remainder of my Goods Chattels Household Goods and Furniture and implements of Household plate Linen woollen and China Monies and Securities for Money Stock in the Public or Government Funds of this Kingdom standing in my own Name or others in trust for me in the Books of the Governor and Company of the Bank of England Leaseholds Credits and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (After payment of all my just Debts Funeral Expences Probate of this my Will and all other incidental charges) I give and bequeath the same and every part and parcel thereof unto my said Niece Elizabeth Brightland, my said Nephew in Law Thomas Luckett and my Nephew in Law James Butler equally to be divided between them in three parts share and share alike
And I nominate constitute and appoint the said Thomas Luckett and my Nephew in Law the said John Gibbs jointly Executors of this my last Will and Testament
In witness whereof I the said Ann Cox the Testatrix to this my last Will and Testament
contained in one Sheet of Paper have set my Hand and Seal the thirteenth day of August in the
year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seven

Thomas Luckett and John Gibbs the Executors named in this Will were duly sworn as usual
and that the Goods Chattels and Credits do not amount in Value to the Sum of Three hundred pounds
