Item of this my last will and testament I make and ordaine my loveing wife Joane Coxen sole Executrix
And I doe intreate my loveing freinds Edward Spillett of Faversham in the said County Marchant Stephen
Barnes and John Paramore of Davington aforesaid yeoman to be Overseers of
this my last will and Testament
Item my will and minde further is that I do intreate my said Overseers with the consent of my said loveing wife Joane Coxen to sell all my goods and chattells and my corne that shall be growing upon my ground betweene this and lamas Day next or soe soone as they cann ..... or bargaine with any that will buy any of my said goods catell chattells or corne And the same mony thereof to be made my will and minde is shall be put out in sufficient ... hands to the best proffitt my said Overseers cann from time to time towards the maintenance and bringing up of my said wife and Children
Item my will and minde is that my Executrix shall pay unto my daughter Margarett Coxen fifty pounds of lawful money of England within one yeare next after my decease
Item my will and minde is that my Executrix shall pay unto my sonne John Coxen fifty pounds of lawful money of England at his age of six and twenty yeares
Item my will and minde is that my Executrix shall pay unto my sonne James Coxen fifty pounds of lawful money of England at his age of six and twenty yeares
Item my will and minde is that my Executrix shall .... all my bills bonds and debts due to me shee paying my funerall expences legacies and debts oweing by me
In wittnes whereof I the said Henry Coxen have hereunto sett my

published and declared to be the last will and testament of the said Henry Coxen
