Item I give and bequeath to my loving wife Elizabeth Cramp the summe of six poundes a yeare soe long as she shall continue my widow to be paid her by halfe yearely payments by my Executors the first payment to begin and made the first halfe yeare after my decease and soe afterwards by halfe yearly payments.
Whereas I lately lent to my Sonn John Threescore poundes I now hereby give and bequeath the said money to my daughter Elizabeth to be paid to her by my Sonn John att midsummer next ensueing
Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Rachell the sume of fifty poundes to be paid her within one
yeare after my decease upon this condition that she does not marry Benjamin Doncaster if she
marry him in opposition to my will I will and declare that instead of fifty pound my executors pay her
but Thirty poundes
And my further will and meaneing is that if my daughter Rachel marry the said Doncaster att any
time after the said legacy of fifty pound be payable as if she had not married the said Doncaster that
then shall she not pretend to the fifty but except and receive only Thirty pounds as I have before directed
Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary the sume of fifty pounds to be paid her by my Executors in one yeare after my decease
whereas I have about fourscore poundes Mortgage upon houses att St. Lawrence of the estate of
George Thomas I give and bequeath the said Mortgage and all benefit thereof to my sonn Peter now
beyond the seas,
and in case the said George Thomas be willing to pay in the said Mortgage before
the returne of my sonn Peter then I hereby direct my friend Isaack Mockett of St. Peter aforesaid to
receive the said money in trust for my sonn Peter
I give and bequeath to my loving friend Mr Paul Kirby one Guinea to buy him a ring in Remembrance of me and intreate him to be aiding and assisting to my sonn Thomas in the Management of his Concernes
I further give and bequeath to my sonn Peter all such partes and shares of vessels as I have belonging to Ramsgate and all benefitt right and title that I have to some or any or either of them
Item I give and bequeath to my loving sonnes John and Thomas Cramp all and singular my goods and
Ch�ells Stock housholdstuffe not before herein or hereby given and bequeathed they first paying my
just debts and funerall expenses
and I hereby make and appoint my said sonnes John and Thomas Executors of this my last will and Testament
revoakeing and makeing void all former wills by me made
In witness whereof I have hereunto putt my hand and seale Dated this Nineteenth day of April
in the first yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereign Lady Ann by the Grace of God of England Scotland
France and Ireland Queen Anno Dm 1702 Peter Cramp signed sealed published and declared by the
said Peter Cramp to be his last will and Testament in the presence of
Robert Palmer - Stephen Newing - Silas Johnson
Memorandum that I Peter Cramp doe hereby give and bequeath unto my loving wife Elizabeth the bed I now lye on with the furniture belonging to the same as likewise the furniture of the whole roome called the little Parlour and two pair of hempen sheets one small iron pott the linnen wheel and all such things she brought with her when I married her all such fowles as are in the place and belonging to the house
and I hereby direct and appoint this to be made and taken as part of my
will and to be of as full force to all intents and purposes and annexed as a Codicil Peter Cramp
