Item I give and bequethe unto Alice my wife duringe her natural life under this condytion that she shall honestly kepe my father in lawe John Kynge so longe as she livith that my house wherin I nowe dwell And that house that I did bye Recutre [?] of my father in law John Kynge And all my householde stufs So that she do not dymynyshe none of the householde stuf neither by sellynge it away nor giving it awaye. Futhermore my will is that if Alice be not able to kepe my father in lawe that then Peter Crisfilde my sonne to enter in full possion bothe of my house and householde stuf And for them he shall honestly kepe bothe Alice my wife and John Kinge my father in lawe during their natural liffes.
Item I will that after the decease of Alice my wife Mandeleyn my daughter to have 40 shillings whiche 40 shillings Peter my son shall paye And if it fortune that Mandelyn my daughter departe this natural life then it to be divided equally amonge her children
The reste of all my landes and goodes my debts and legacies paid I give unto Peter Crisfilde my
sonne whome I ordaigne and make the sole executor of this my last will.
