In the Name of God Amen I Charles Crickett of the Parish of Hougham otherwise Huffham in the County of Kent Husbandman being of sound Mind and Memory (God be praised for the same) but considering the uncertainty of this Mortal Life do therefore make and Ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)
First I humbly recommend my Soul unto Almighty God hoping through the Merits death and Passion of Jesus Christ my Saviour and Redeemer to receive forgiveness of all my Sins and to Inherit Everlasting Life my Body to the Earth to be decently Interred at the discretion of my Executor herein after named and as to my Personal Estate I dispose thereof as followeth

Imprimis I Give and bequeath unto my Neices Catherine and Elizabeth Crickett Daughters of my Brother Daniel Crickett the Sum of one hundred pounds a peice of Lawfull Money of Great Britain
and unto my Nephews John William and Benjamin the Sum of one hundred pounds a Peice of like Lawfull Money

Item I Give and bequeath unto my Nephew Devinck Moulden son of my sister Catherine Moulden the Sum of Ten Pounds of like Lawfull Money
which said several Legacies I do hereby order my Executor herein after named to Pay to my said Neices and Nephews within twelve Months next after my decease

lastly all the Rest and Residue of my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever the same shall Consist and be at the time of my decease I Give and bequeath unto my said Brother Daniel Crickett his Executors Administrators and Assigns whom I do hereby make nominate and appoint Sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made

In Witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal the one and Thirtieth day of January in the Nineteenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second now King of Great Britain and in the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Forty five Charles Crickett
