In the Name of God Amen I William Crickett of the Town and Port of Dover in the County of Kent Yeoman being in good health of Body and of sound perfect and disposing Mind Memory and Understanding (God be praised therefore )do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say)
First and Principally I recommend my Soul to God and my Body to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executors hereinafter named and as for all such Worldly Estate as it hath pleased Almighty God to bestow upon me I dispose thereof as followeth

I give devise and bequeath all and singular my Real Estate and the use Interest and benefit of all and singular my Monies Goods Chattels and Personal Estate whatsoever (my Debts Funeral and other incident Expences being thereout first paid and satisfied) unto my beloved Wife Susanna Crickett and her Assigns for and during the term of her natural life

and from and immediately after her decease I give devise and bequeath all and singular my said Real Estate Monies Goods Chattels and Personal Estate unto and among my Nephews and Nieces Richard Bean John Bean Ann Bean William Bean Stephen Bean Daniel Crickett Elizabeth Crickett and John Crickett equally between them as Tenants in Common and not as Joint Tenants and to their several Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever

And I hereby nominate and appoint my said Nephews Richard Bean and John Bean Executors of this my Will and revoke and make void all former and other Wills and Testaments by me made and Publish and declare this and no other to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said William Crickett the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal the twentieth day of December in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and eighty four _ William Crickett

Whereas I William Crickett of the Town and Port of Dover in the County of Kent Yeoman in and by my last Will and Testament hereunto annexed did nominate and appoint my Nephews Richard Bean and John Bean therein named Executors thereof and the said John Bean has since become insane and consequently unfit to Act in that Capacity now I the said William Crickett being of sound and perfect Mind Memory and understanding (God be praised therefore) Do by this present writing which I Publish and Declare as a Codicil to my said last Will and Testament revoke the appointment of my said Nephew John Bean as an Executor thereof at the same time declaring that he shall be entitled to the benefit to be devised under my said Will as a Devisee and Legatee therein mentioned
and in his place and stead I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved Wife Susanna Crickett to be a Joint Executor thereof with my said Nephew Richard Bean

and in all other respects I hereby ratify and confirm my said last Will and Testament
