first I give and bequeath unto my nephews JOHN CRONK and RICHARD CRONK the sum of
forty pounds a piece of lawful money of Great Britain
also I give and bequeath unto my neice MARY
CRONK the sum of fifteen pounds of like lawful money
also I given and bequeath to my neice ANN the wife of THOMAS TYROLL of the parish of
Maidstone in the said County Blacksmith the sum of fifteen pounds of like lawful money
also I give and bequeath unto my neice MARGARET CRONK the sum of Twenty pounds of like
lawful money
also I give and devise unto my sister JANE the wife of WILLIAM YOUNG of the said parish of Seal Carpenter for and during the term of her natural life one Annuity or clear yearly rent charge of thirty shillings a year clear of all deductions whatsoever to be issuing and payable out of all that my Messuage Barne and several pieces or parcons of land and premises situate lying and being in Sevenoaks Weild in the parish of Sevenoakes in the said County and commonly called or known by the name of Buries or by whatsoever other name or names the same called or known and now or late in the tenure or occupation of WILLIAM OLIVER or his assigns which said Annuity I Will and direct shall be paid quarterly on the four most usual ffeasts or days of August in the year That is to say the ffeast of Saint Michael the Archangel the Nativity of our Lord Christ the Annunciation of the blessed Virgin Mary and Saint John the Baptist by even and equal portions the first payment thereof to begin and to be made unto my said sister JANE on the first of either of the said four most usual ffeast days which shall next happen after my decease and if it shall happen that the said Annuity or yearly Rent charge of thirty shillings or any part thereof shall be behind and unpaid for the space of twenty one days next after either of the said ffeasts or days of payment on which the same is appointed to be paid as aforesaid that then it shall and may be lawful to and for my said sister JANE into and upon the said Messuage or Tenement Barne Lands and Premisses to enter and distrain and the distress and distresses then and there found to take load drive carry away sell impound detain and keep until the said Annuity and Allowance then due together with all such costs and charges as she shall be put unto by reason of such non payment shall be all fully satisfied and paid and I do hereby direct that the said Annuity shall from time to time as the same shall grow due and payable be had and received by my said sister JANE to and for her sole and separate use and benefit whose receipts alone without her said husband I do Will and direct sufficient discharges for the same for it is my Will and Mind that the same Annuity shall be no ways liable to the debts or control or intermeding of the said WILLIAM YOUNG or any other person that my said sister shall hereafter happen to marry with
also I give and devise unto my sister MARY STEPHENS of the parish of Downe in the said County Widow for and during the term of her natural life one Annuity or clear yearly Rent Charge of thirty shillings a year clear of all deductions whatsoever to be issuing and payable likewise out of the beforementioned Messuage ffarm Lands and Premisses which said last mentioned Annuity I will and direct shall be likewise paid quarterly on the four most usual ffeasts or Days of Payment in the year that is to say the ffeast of Saint Michael the Archangel the Nativity of our Lord Christ the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Saint John the Baptist even and equal portions the first payment thereof to begin and to be made unto my said sister MARY on the first of either of the said four most usual ffeast days which shall next happen after my decease and in case of non payment of the said Annuity or any part thereof I do hereby give my said sister Mary the like power of Entry and Distress as I have before given to my said sister JANE and I do hereby direct that the said last mentioned Annuity shall from time to time as often as the same shall grow due and payable be had and retained by my said sister MARY to and for her sole and separate use and Benefit whose receipts alone I do will and direct be sufficient discharges for the same for it is my Will and Mind that the same Annuity shall be no ways liable to the debts or control or intermeddling of any person that my said sister MARY shall hereafter happen to marry with
also I give and devise unto my nephew WILLIAM CRONK and to his heirs forever all that Messuage or Tenement Barne and Several pieces of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances hereinbefore mentioned subject nevertheless and charged and chargeable with the Payment of the before mentioned Annuities in manner before expressed and all other my Lands Tenements hereditament and Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever the same are situated lying or being to hold the same Premisses unto my said nephew WILLIAM CRONK and to his heirs and assignes forever
also I give devise and bequeath unto my said nephew WILLIAM CRONK all my Household Goods and ffurniture Plate Silver ready money Book Debts Bonds ��.Mortgages in ffee or for Terms of years and other Securities for money and all other my personal Estate of what nature soever it be and I do hereby nominate and appoint my said nephew WILLIAM CRONK full and Sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made and do declare this only to be my last Will

my last Will contained in three sheets of paper set my hand and Seal to each sheet thereof

THIS WILL was proved at London the sixth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty six before the Worshipful Arthur Collier Doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right Honourable Sir George Lee Knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prorogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of WILLIAM CRONK the nephew and Sole Executor of the deceased named in the said Will to whom administration was granted of all and Singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased having been first Sworn duly to administer.
