Will of Jane Culver

of Ramsgate, Kent

First I give & devise All and every my Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Real Estate and all and every my parts purparts of and in any Messuages Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever which I have power to dispose of by my Will with their and every of their Appurtenances unto and to the use of my Son Stephen Culver of Ramsgate aforesaid Schoolmaster and my daughter Elizabeth Ann Carter the Wife of Thomas Dyer Carter of Ramsgate aforesaid Printer and to their several and respective heirs and assigns for ever equally to be divided between them as Tenants in Common and not as Joint Tenants

Also I give and bequeath All and singular my Goods Chattels and Effects debts due and owing to me money securities for money money in the Public Stocks or Funds of this Kingdom and all other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what kind or nature soever the same may be or consist at the time of my decease (after and subject to the payment thereout of all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expences) unto my said Son Stephen Culver and my said daughter Elizabeth Ann Carter and to their several and respective Executors Administrators and Assigns equally to be divided between them share and share alike

and I nominate and appoint my said Son Stephen Culver and my said daughter Elizabeth Ann Carter Executor and Executrix of this my Will

In Witness whereof I the said Jane Culver the Testatrix have hereunto set my hand and seal the twentieth day of October in the Year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty Jane Culver
