Firste I give and bequeath to William Curling my sonne, his heirs and assignes for ever All that Messuage or Tenement wherein I
now dwell with the mault house, garden, orchard, outhouses, Edifices, buildings and one peice of land, premisses thereunto belonging
with their and every of their appurtenances
Also I give to the said William his heirs and assignes for ever, eight acres of land out of those lands I lately purchased of the same
sons [Sampsons?] what soever will shall lie together when admission is made of the said lands
Also I give to the said William twenty pounds
Also I give to my sonne John Curling his heirs and assignes forever all the residue and remainder of the lands which I bought and purchased of the same sons as aforesaid
Also I give and bequeath unto Daniell Curling my sonne his heirs and assignes for ever All that my Messuage or Tenement, orchard, garden, barne, stable, yard, place and ten acres of land whether more or lesse thereunto belonging with their and every of their appurtenances which I formerly purchased of Mr. Knight scituate, lyeing and being in the parish of St. Peter aforesaid
Also I give to Mary Curling my daughter threescore pounds
Also I give to my daughter Jane Tenne pounds of lawfull English money
Also all the residue of my goods and chattells whatsoever, after my debts be paid and funerall expences dischardged, I give and bequeath to Anne my wife to whome I make and ordaine sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament
