This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Cutbush of Maidstone in the County of Kent Spinster

I give and bequeath all and singular my Goods Chattels Monies Money in the Funds Securities for Money and all other my personal Estate and Effects of every Nature and Kind after and subject to the Payment of my Debts Funeral Expences the Costs of my Will and other incidental Charges unto my Sister Ann Chambers of Maidstone aforesaid Widow her Executors Administrators and Assigns absolutely

And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Sister Ann Chambers sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
And do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Mary Cutbush the Testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal this Fourteenth Day of May in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven Hundred and Eighty three The Mark and Seal of X Mary Cutbush
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Mary Cutbush the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the Presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our Names as Witnesses
