First I give Devise and Bequeth (sic) all and every Messuages, Lands Tenements Real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever And also (after and subject to my Just Debts, Funeral Expenses Charges and Expenses of proving this my will and all other expenses) All my personal estate unto my two sons, Thomas and James to be equally divided between them share and share alike and they to take as Tenants in Common and joint Tenants and to their respective Heirs Executors Admons and Assigns.
And I hereby Make, Nomnate and Appoint my said sons Thomas and James the joint executors of this
my last Will and Testament And hereby revoking all formers wills by me made I hereby
declare to be my last.
In witness whereof I the said James Dadd, the Testator have
hereby set my hand and seal the day and year first above as written.

The before registered will of James Dadd deceased was proved the seventeenth day of April 1813 before the Rev. John Francis Clerk Surrogate to the Right Honble Sir William Scott Knight Doctor of Law Com General of the City and Diocese of Canterbury lawfully constuted by the oaths of Thomas Dadd and James Dadd (the sons) Executors named in the said Will. They being first sworn that they perform the same.
