First I give and bequeath thereunto Also [?] ----- of my
brother John Dadds this Legacy or sum of five Guineas of lawful English money for a
Ring in ------------- of mine to be paid to him forthwith after my Demise
and whereas I am possessed of in? or entitled unto the principle sum of fifteen pounds 10
shillings and ten pence per annum Consolidated Long annuities now standing in my own
name at the Bank of England and now I solemnly give and bequeath the said sum of
fifteen pound ten shillings Consolidated Long annuity unto my Brother Thomas Dadds
his Executors and advisors until William Dadds Morgan my natural and reputed son by
Elizabeth Morgan Single woman shall attain his age of Thirty years upon trust withholds
in the mean time to pay to or otherwise authorize & empower the said William Dadds
Morgan to have and take the promises[profits? powers?] of the same [said?]
annuities or yearly Sum when and as the same shall be counted And payable half yearly
and or at any other time or times in any proportion or proportions as to him the said
Thomas Dadds his Executors or Advisors shall deem as expedient and for the benefit
and advantage of the said William Dadds Morgan
and when and as soon as the said
William Dadds Morgan shall attain his said age of Thirty years then upon trust to assign
paid this same principal Sum of fifteen pounds, ten Shillings ten pence with his
consolidated Long annuities with the proceeds thereof therein[?] �. Advisor unto him
the said William Dadds Morgan for his own benefit
but if this said William Dadds Morgan
shall depart this life before he shall attain the said age of Thirty years then my will is
that the said Sum of fifteen pounds ten Shillings and ten pence Consolidated Long
annuities shall sink into and become apart of the monies of my personal Estate and
Effects? hereinafter
I also give and bequeath to my said reputed son William Dadds
Morgan the legacy or Sum of Two hundred fifty pounds to be paid to him within three
calendar months after my demise? and it is my will and wish that the said Legacy or
Sum of Two hundred fifty pound shall be paid of out and I do herewith subject and
charge my freehold ------- or tenement lands and servants herein after given and to my
brother John Dadds with the payment of the same accordingly
and I give unto the said William Dadds Morgan a complete suit of clothing including a new hat and shoes to be
given to him before my funeral
also I give and devise all that my freehold ------or tenement land and servants with their rights privileges and appurt's situate lying and being in the parish of Wingham aforesaid or also wherein adjoining in the said County of Kent now or late in the term or said portion of ?Goodbaird[Goodbain?]or his assigns with all my Estate right titles and interest in and to the same unto & to the only proper use and ...[?] of my said Brother John Dadds his heirs and assigns for our subject withholds & charged with this payment of this said Legacy or sum of two hundred and fifty pounds herewith forgiven & bequeathed to my said reputed son William Dadds Morgan to be paid within three calendar months by next after my Demise.
Also I give and bequeath to Ann Palmer [Ann Palinor?] Mary Dadd and Jane Darwin this Legacy or Sum of ten Guineas as aforesaid as a mark of my respect to be paid to them respectively within one month of my decease and after and ... .... as the payment out of all my just debts and funeral Expenses the charges of proving and ....ting [probating?] of this my will and all other inherent? expenses ..... the same & Legacy of Two hundred & fifty pounds [by which......?] directed to be paid out of the ���[freeholds?] or Tenements C .... herewith forgiven and devise[?] to my said Brother John Dadds
I give and bequeath all my Capital stock in the public funds and all of my personal Estate & Effects whatsoever & whereinsoever? not with ... by .... Dispose of including my ... past[part?] of share of such principal Sum or Sums of Consolidated Long annuities as she? be standing in the joint names of myself & the said two brothers at the Bank of England unto my said brother Thomas Dadds his executors advisors and assigns absolutely and to and for his and their own use and benefit
and hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said brothers Thomas Dadds and John
Dadds the joint Executors of this my Will and lastly and solemnly revoke and make void
all former wills and testaments whatsoever by me at any time heretofore made and so
publish and declare this only to be my last Will & Testament [illegible note above next
line] In witness whereof I the said Testator William Dadds have to the first Sheet of this
my last will & testament contained in two Sheets of paper I set my hand and to the
second or last Sheet the proof on my hand and seal this day and year first above written
