Item I give and bequeath to the poore people of the p�ish of Marden two bushels of wheat to be baked into bread and bestowed by mine Executor & overseers at there discrecions
Item my will and mind is that Susan my wife shalbe kepte and provided for by my sonne John
And that he the sayd John my sonne shall not only leepe the sayd Susan my wife provideing for her all
things necesarye dureing the terme of her naturall life but shall also pay unto the sayd Susan my wife
every quarter dureinge all the sayd terme six shillings and eyght pence of good and lawfull mony of England
provided notwithstandinge and my will is that if the sayd Susan my wife doe not like to be kept and
provided for by the sayd John my sonne that then the sayd John shall give and pay unto her fower
pounds by the yeare of good and lawfull mony of England q�terly to be payd by equall porcions dureing
the terme of her naturall life
Item I give and bequeath unto Tabitha my doughter Ten pounds of good and lawfull mony of England to be payd unto her by mine Executor within one whole yeare next after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto Mildred my doughter Ten pounds of good and lawfull mony of England to be payd likewise unto within one whole yeare next after my decease by mine Executor
Item I give and bequeath unto Alice my doughter xx s of good and lawfull mony of England to be payd within two whole yeares next after my decease
All the residew of my goods cattels and leases unbequeathed I give and bequeath unto John Dan my
sonne for the payment of my debtes and legacis discharge of my Funerall and other duties
Whome I ordeyne sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
Provided also that if John Dan my sonne shall happen to decease either maried or unmaried before the sayd Susan my wife then my will is that twentye pounds of good and lawfull mony of England of the sayd goods shalbe repayed unto Susan my wife by the heires executors or assignes of the sayd John Dan my sonne within one whole yeare next after his decease
And if it shall happen the sayd Susan my wife to decease within the sayd yeare the mony being unpayd
then my will is that the sayd some shall remaine and bee payd unto my two doughters Tabitha &
Mildred equally to be divided betweene them
Provided further and my will is that if any of my two doughters Tabitha or Mildred hapen to decease be
fore the payment of the somes to her bequeathed then one of them to be the others heire
And I appoint for overseers of this my last Will and Testament John Stephens and Willm Mason
