In the name of God Amen the first daie of October 1625
I John Dann of Rainham in the Countie of Kent weaver, being sick in bodie but of p�fect & disposing minde and memorie (thanks be to the Almightie) doe make & ordaine this my last will & Testament in manner & forme following;
First I give & bequeath my soule into the hands of Almightie my faythfull Creator; stedfastlie beleveing to be eternallie saved by the alone meritts of the death & passion & p�fect obedience of his onelie son & my onelie Saviour Jesus Christ
And my bodie to be buried in the Churchyard of the p�ish of Rainham aforesaid at the discrecon of my Executrix.

It I give unto Ann my daughter the one half of all my goods & Chattells whatsoever to be paide to her by my Executrix at the age of eighteen yeares
And if the sd Ann my daughter dep�t this life before shee attaine to the age of eighteen yeares as aforesaid then my will is that my Executrix shall paie unto my five brothers Edward Dann, Robart Dann, Richard Dann, Tom Dann & James Dann to each of these five poundes of lawfull money of England within six months next after the decease of Ann my sd daughter

All the rest of my goods I give and bequeath unto Ann my beloved wife whom I make & ordaine the sole Executrix of this my last will & Testament

In witnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale the daie & yeare first above written

& Agnes Wyborowe of Milton n. Sittingbourne, maiden about 18, whose mother Widow Wyborow consents. At Rainham. July 18 1620.
Allegation made & signed (his mark) by the above said Thomas Smith of Rainham, yeoman.

Ann daughter of John was baptised 15 Sep 1622 at Rainham
Marriage Licence: Godfry Slade of Milton next Sittingbourne, sailor, wdr about 29
& Ann Dann of Rainham, wid about 24, relict of John Dann decd. At Rainham. Feb 6 1625/6.
