Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my daughter Margarett Clench the summe of Twenty shillings of lawfull money of England to be paid her within six moneths after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Baker widdow the summe of Twenty shillings of like money to be payed her within six moneths after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Frances Benson wife of Nathaniell Benson the like summe of twenty shillings to be paid her within six moneths after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Anne Spurke the wife of Thomas Spurke the summe of five poundes of lawfull money of England to be paid her within six moneths after my decease And in case my said daughter Anne Spurke shall happen to overlive her said husband Thomas Spurke and be a widdow then my will and mind is and I do further give and bequeath unto my said daughter Anne Spurke the summe of five poundes of lawfull money of England over and above the five poundes before mentioned to be paid to her within three monethes after her said husbands decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Thomazin Peirce the wife of John Peirce the summe of twenty and five pounds of lawfull money of England to be paid her within six moneths after my decease and one great brasse kettle
Item I give and bequeath unto my two Grandchildren Dann Clench and William Spurke the summe of ten shillings apeice to be paid unto them at the expiracon of their indentures of Apprenticeshipp
Item I give and bequeath unto my son John Dann all that messuage or tenement and Orchard with thappurtenances situate lyeing and being the said parish of Leeds in the County of Kent aforesaid now in the Tenure or occupacon of Thomas Carter or his assignes To have and to hold the said messuage or tenement and Orchard with Thappurtenances unto my sonne John Dann for and during the terme of his naturall Life and after his decease to my grandchild and his sonn William Dann and to his heirs and assignes for ever and in Case my said grandchild William Dann shall depart this life before my said sonne John Dann That then and if it shall so happen my will and mind is that the aforesaid messuage or tenement and orchard with thappurtenances shall be and come to the right heires of my said sonne John Dann for ever
The rest and residue of all and singuler my estate as well reall and personall of what
nature or quality soever it be I doe hereby give and bequeath unto my said son John
Dann whom I make and ordaine sole executor of this my last Will and Testament
beseeching God to blesse the same unto him In witness whereof I the said William
Dann to this my last will and Testament have hereunto sett my hand and seale the day
