Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my grandaughter Katherine Rouce the daughter of
Simon Rouce Twenty pounds of lawfull money of England to be paid one year after my
decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my grandaughter Elizabeth Jackson daughter of William
Jackson Twenty pounds of like money to be paid in one year after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Brown the summe of Thirty pounds of
lawfull money to be paid one year after my decease; And I further give to my said
daughter the Twenty pounds I have Bonds from her husband for and doth pay me
interest during my life
Item I give and bequeath unto my son John Dann the summe of Ten pounds of lawfull
money to be paid within one year after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my grandson William Dann One silver Cup and to my
grandson Thomas Brown the silver spoon his mother hath in her custody and
possession already
Item I give and bequeath unto my four grandchildren Joseph Dann, Susan Dann,
Elizabeth Rouce and Elizabeth Jackson each of them one silver spoon
Item I give and bequeath unto my son William Dann and his heirs forever all that tenement and orchard thereunto belonging now in the possession of John Peters situate lying and being in Arnold Street in the parish of Leeds aforesaid; And whereas I the said John Dann now att the making and executing of this my last Will and Testament am a Widower and do att this time live and cohabit with my said son William Dann in consideration of my diet washing lodging and nessecaries I do give and allow my said son William Dann the use and benefitt of my stock, crop on the Land, hopp poles, household goods and chattels whatsoever now in power and possession and the profitts of the Farms and Lands I have now in Lease during the Remainder of the terms yet to come and unexpired if I shall so long continue and dyet with him my said son William Dann
All the Estate goods chattels utensils and implements of household stuffe of what nature
or quality soever it be which doth or may any ways belong to me att the time of my
decease whatsoever and wheresoever (not herein before given and bequeathed ) I give
and bequeath unto my said son William Dann whom I make and ordaine Sole Executor
of this my last Will and Testament beseeching God to bless the same unto him In
Witness whereof I the said John Dann to this my last Will and Testament have hereunto
set my hand and seale the day and year above written John Dann Signed Sealed
Published and Declared by the Testator John Dann as and for his last Will and
Testament in the presence of us
