I do hereby give and bequeath to my loving sister Elizabeth Pearce Wife of William Pearce Butcher the sum of five pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid by Executor hereafter named within the year of my decease
And all the rest and residue of my Goods Chattels Effects Debts ready money securities for money in the stocks wearing Apparel Tools and personal Estate whatsoever or wheresoever or of what kind or nature soever the same shall exite and be at the time of my decease from and after paying my just Debts funeral Expenses and the Charges of proving and executing this my will I do give and bequeath the same and every part of them unto my beloved Brother Daniel Dann of the said Parish of Hunton and County of Kent Blacksmith for his own use and disposal his Executors Administrators Assigns
And Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Brother Daniel Dann my full and sole Executor of
this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills on Witness whereof I the said Luke Dann
theTestator have hereunto set my hand and seal the Day and year above written Luke Dann (so) Signed
Sealed and declared by the said Luke Dann the Testator as and for this last will and Testament in the
presence of us at his request and in his presence have hereunto subscribed our hands as Witness thereto
